The potential risks such as vibration, corrosion and sand blocking, which may cause the decrease in heat transfer efficiency, have been taken into account while designing. Besides, according to the fan characteristic curve and fluid resistance characteristic curve of the entire cooling system, in the guarantee of the heat exchange capacity of cooler, calculation has been processed to optimize the performance of ventilation system and oil-water system.
